The benchmark reports the local compute path available to this browser, not your complete graphics-card specification.
When available, the page runs a small matrix kernel through GPU.js and a WebGL backend.
If a GPU kernel cannot start, the same shape of workload runs on the CPU so the page still gives a useful baseline.
The matrix and result stay in the current tab. No account or upload is needed.
How to use this GPU test
Close unusually heavy tabs, press Run GPU Test, and wait for the result. Repeat the test two or three times on the same device when comparing a browser update, graphics driver, power mode, or hardware setting.
What does GPU fallback mean?
A CPU fallback means the browser could not start the GPU.js WebGL kernel in this session. Common causes include disabled graphics acceleration, an unsupported browser, remote desktop restrictions, a blocked WebGL context, or a device without a usable graphics backend.
Why can scores vary?
Browser tabs, power saving, thermal throttling, background applications, graphics drivers, display settings, and browser updates can change the result. Treat the score as a quick relative check rather than a universal ranking.

This page uses the browser build of GPU.js, an MIT-licensed JavaScript acceleration library. The benchmark page is an original Quick Test Hub interface and stores results only in the current browser session.
GPU Test FAQ
Does this test measure gaming FPS?
No. It measures a matrix compute workload. Gaming FPS also depends on rendering scenes, game engines, display resolution, drivers, and many other factors.
Can I run the GPU test on a phone?
Yes, if the browser exposes a working WebGL path. Mobile power and thermal controls can make repeated scores change more than desktop scores.
